1. Free Trainings

Registering for and attending a free training is free. No payment is taken and nothing is owed.

2. The Program And The 30-Day "Actually Try It" Guarantee

The guarantee for the Digital Creator program is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Here is how it works: join, follow the steps taught in the program, and actually post to your page for 30 days. If you do the work and your page isn't starting to grow, email us and you get every penny back. All we ask is that you show us you posted, for example with a screenshot of your page showing the videos you published.

If the checkout page you bought from stated different terms, the terms shown at the time of your purchase control.

Why there is an action requirement

The program delivers its training, templates, prompts, and coaching the moment you enroll, and none of that can be returned. Your result depends on what you do with it, so the guarantee is tied to doing the work rather than to a result. The posting requirement is a minimum level of activity, not a trick. If you start and do what the program teaches, you have nothing to lose.

What we do and do not promise

Completing the posting requirement does not guarantee views, followers, sales, or income. It makes you eligible for a refund if your page isn't starting to grow by the end of the 30 days. We do not guarantee any result.

3. Optional Low-Cost Add-Ons

Optional low-cost digital add-ons offered before or after the training, such as the VIP upgrade, carry a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. If you don't feel it was worth it, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund it in full.

4. Payment Plans And Financing

If you bought on a payment plan and qualify for a refund, we refund what you have paid and cancel the remaining installments. If you paid through a third-party financing or buy-now-pay-later provider, we issue the refund to that provider. Your agreement with that provider governs anything they charge you, including interest or fees.

5. What Is Not Refundable

• Program refund requests that do not meet the posting requirement, or that arrive without something showing you posted
• Requests made after the window stated on your checkout page has ended
• Change of mind, lack of time, or disappointment with a result where the posting requirement was not met
• Any product whose checkout page stated that it is non-refundable or final sale
• Costs you paid to other companies, such as A.I. video and script tools, design tools, domains, or advertising

6. How To Request A Refund

Email support@themepagelive.com from the email address you used at checkout, with the subject line "Refund request". Include your full name, the email on the order, your order number if you have it, and, for a program refund, a screenshot showing the videos you posted. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and send approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it on your statement.

If you believe a decision was made in error, reply to the decision email and a manager will review it.

7. Access After A Refund

When a refund is issued, your access to the program, its bonuses, the coaching calls, and the community ends.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Our guarantee is faster and simpler than a dispute, and we honor it. Disputes opened without contacting us are answered with your order records and access records.
